The offer:

n-Trance will provide your company with unlimited free license for copying and redistribution of the n-Pass2Go™ software application. This application will be operated by the end-user with a complete functionality for the period of 30 days, with slightly limited functionality for the period of another 30 days and afterwards will remain in a basic functionality. In case that user is willing to continue operating the complete functionality of the application, he will have to pay the software license according to the following price list:
    n-Pass2Go™ Professional      29.90    per end-user license
    n-Pass2Go™ Classic         19.90    per end-user license
Your company will be granted the right to receive 30% of this purchase with no condition.

Obligations

n-Trance Security Ltd provides your company with files for installation of the n-Pass2Go™ to your products.
n-Trance will make all necessary changes to installation files in order to place the vendor ID, which will be granted to your company.
In addition, it will provide you with a private area at its website and necessary credentials for access. This will be used for downloads of the latest version of the application, messaging and audit of purchases.
Your company will install the n-Pass2Go™ on every manufactured USB and/or SD and/or any other manufactured media for free.
n-Trance Security Ltd will pay your company 30% of every software purchase made by your customers at our website of Professional and Classic versions (8.97    and 5.97   respectively)
Your company shall operate in good faith in order to promote the n-Pass2Go™ application. It shall offer this solution to every of its clients, should it be an end-user, a reseller, a distributor, an OEM or ODM customer.
